Does anyone have experience with a software program called Driver Detective?

I just purchased online and I can’t seem to really upddate my drivers. There are no instructions, no one emails you back, and it will always show that the driver has not been installed. I would like to get a refund. There is ask for a refund link, but nothing really happens. Any help here?

I can think of two possibilities.
(a) Did your payment actually go through?
(b) Was it the original Driver Detective or have you been scammed?

yeah i hate that to get your drivers you downloaded go to this folder

C:Drivers

and then click on WIN and you will find your drivers.
