I tried installing CD with drivers and software and I also tried installing driver from the website, with no luck
It keeps putting a yellow exclamation mark next to it in the device manager.
Any suggestions, maybe click reinstall driver or driver update?

try reinstalling if that does not work. Call epson
Hook the printer up to the USB port on your computer. If you have already done that, then try a different USB port.
DELETE the PRINTER in PRINTER and FAX devcies. Then uninstall or remove all other Epson software.
REBOOT your computer.
Reinstall the printer software step by step according to instructions.
At the proper time, turn on the printer as instructed. If the USB port sees the rpinter you get that ‘ba-bonk’ sound and it should be usable.
I just follow the directions and use the CD that comes with the printer.
