I have tried uninstalling device and driver hoping windows will recognize new hardware and reinstall or ask me to update driver. Have checked driver update: says I have latest. Nothing is working. Keeps saying driver may be corrupted or missing. Help please

This is driving me nuts. New windows xp install, and now I don’t have the drivers for my computer. What’s the worst part is that I don’t have an internet connection because I don’t have the wireless network drivers, so I can’t even download them on the computer!
Any suggestions?
