Network device driver won’t work after windows updating windows 7?

System: Gigabyte p965 ds3 mainboard, intel e4400 cpu.
OS: Windows 7 x64

Updating Drivers on my Nvidia card results in a Low Resolution?

Currently in my PC I am running a Gainward BLISS GeForce 7800GT “Goes Like Hell” Edition. Whenever I update drivers for it now it results in a 800 x 600 resolution with the lowest set of colours.
